Once connected, every photo you post to Instagram automatically appears here in a grid. No manual updates, no logging in — just post and it's live.

Free plan on Elfsight covers up to 200 posts and refreshes every 24 hours. Takes about 5 minutes to set up. Once done, remove this instructions panel from the page.
  1. Go to elfsight.com Create a free account at elfsight.com — no credit card needed for the free tier.
  2. Create an Instagram Feed widget Search "Instagram Feed" in their widget library. Connect your Instagram account — it needs to be a Business or Creator profile (free to switch in Instagram settings).
  3. Set the layout to match the site Choose Grid layout, 3 columns, gap 2px, no rounded corners, no header, no follow button. Background: transparent.
  4. Copy the embed code Click "Install" and copy the two lines of HTML — a <script> tag and a <div> with your unique widget ID.
  5. Open journal.html in VS Code Find the comment block that says "PASTE YOUR ELFSIGHT WIDGET CODE HERE". Delete the placeholder <div class="placeholder-grid"> and paste the two Elfsight lines in its place.
  6. Delete this setup panel Once the feed is working, delete the entire <div class="setup-card"> block from the HTML — it's only here to guide setup.
